This year we published our 2010 Corporate Responsibility (CR) Report. This is our seventh CR Report and for the fifth year running we have applied the Sustainability Reporting Guidelines established by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). This CR report has been independently verified by Deloitte, who have provided assurance that it complies with Level A⁺ of the GRI Guidelines, and have helped to ensure transparency and the rigour and accuracy of reported data.

We produce a number of supporting reports to accompany our annual CR Reports which can also be accessed through the links below and on our Global Reports webpage.

This year, we also offer the option for readers to "make your own CR Report".
